CUCC 2025 – DAY 2: RESILIENCE AND CIVIL DATA IN SUPPORT OF MILITARY DECISION-MAKING

The second day of the CIMIC Units Commanders’ Conference opened with key presentations on how civil preparedness and real-time data influence military operations.

Col. Henk Paape (CCOE), Wg Cdr Daz Purchase (JFCBS), and LtCol Ciro Parisi (MNCG) offered insights on the integration of civil factors in operational planning.

The Panel Discussion, moderated by LtCol Parisi, further explored the importance of Multi-Domain Operations, Data-Driven CIMIC, and organizational approaches to civil-military cooperation.

This afternoon, a dedicated unclassified session will highlight CIMIC’s role in Art.5 scenarios and resilience strategies at national level.
